Jumping into Spring

Through the dry months of the winter in the Rockies, one waits impatiently for any color to peep through the snow. The final months of their appearance are celebratory, full of delight and a taste of things to come. It's always over too soon, but this weekend it is only just beginning. Yay for Spring!
Yellow crocuses push their way through the mulch and the long cold winter, including many layers of snow to greet us now. They love being the first colorful appearance of Spring..next are the daffodils and tulips which in some areas are waving hello already, such as in Broomfield in my daughter and son-in-law's multiplicity of gardens! Bright fuschia-colored tulips snuggling next to bright sun-yellowed jonquils. Thank you for the introduction to all that's to come in June!

I love your enthusiasm! I'd love to put a link to your blog off mine, and you can do the same the other way if you want.
